How do I download the credentials (certificates/badges)?

After the credentials (certificates/badges) is issued to the learners, if you wish you can download the credentials (certificates/badges) anytime for your reference or as a backup.

Credentials (certificates/badges) can be downloaded for the learners of the entire batch in a zip format or you can also download the credentials (certificates/badges) of an individual learner. 

In case you wish to download the credentials (certificates/badges) of an individual learner:

1. Go to your organisation page and click on Credential Issuance - Quick Issuance
2. Or go to Credential manager - Certification in hierarchy flow
3. Select the batch for which you wish to download the certificate
4. Click on the three dots on the right and click on View
5. Select on the learner whose certificate you wish to download.
6. Click on download

To download the credentials (certificates/badges) of the entire batch:

1. Go to your organisation page and click on Credential Issuance - Quick Issuance
2. Or go to Credential manager - Certification in hierarchy flow
3. Select the batch for which you wish to download the certificates. 
4. Click on the three dots on the right and click on Download Certificate to download the certificates of all the learners in that batch.
