How to revoke credentials (certificates/badges)?

For any reason, if you want to revoke the credentials (certificates/badges) that have been issued, you can do so by following the below steps:

1. Go to Certification Body
2. Click on Credential Manager - Quick Issuance
3. Or go to Credential manager - Credentials in hierarchy flow
4. Click on Revoke Credential
5. Select the batch, click on the three dots on the right
6. Click on Revoke if you want to revoke the certificate of the whole batch

In case you want to revoke credentials (certificates/badges) of a recipient, 

1. Select the batch, click on the three dots on the right
2. Click on View
3. Select the recipient whose credential has to be revoked and double click on it to open the recipient credential and then click on the revoke button on the top right.

Please note - Each action is a transaction on blockchain. So if you want to revoke the credentials (certificates/badges) it would basically use three credits. One for issued credentials (certificates/badges), one for revoking and one for re-issuing. Hence we suggest you cross check the details carefully while creating the batch and requesting the credentials (certificates/badges).
