How to invite an admin or a sub-admin to your organisation or certification body page? How to transfer the ownership?
You can invite admin and sub admin to your organisation page to do the transactions on your behalf.
To do so, follow the below steps:
- Go to the organisation page
- Click on Settings - Users & Roles
- Click on Role Management
- Click on the three dots on the right against each role to view the permission available for respective roles.
- Click on User Management
- Click on the "+" icon on the top right to add and invite the users
- Enter the user email address and select the role from the drop down list
- You can also transfer the ownership if you wish to, to the invited user by clicking on the three dots.
To invite an admin and sub admin to your certification body page, you can click on the Certification Body tab and follow the same process.
