How to download the reports?

Various reports are available on the platform. To download the reports:

1. Go to organisation page
2. Click on Reports under Maintenance tab
3. Select the type of report that you wish to download - Batch Report, Course/program Report, Credential Report, Recipient Wise Report
4. You can use filters to get the required report
5. Click on the download icon to download the report in CSV, XLS or PDF format.

Certification body can download their reports similarly.
