How do I check the balance available credit points?

To check the balance available credit points at organisation level and Certification body page level in your account:

1. Go to the Organisation page
2. Click on Credit to see the available credits at organisation level, (you can also see the available credits on the left top of the screen beside credential hub)

To view the total credits available in your account

1. Go to the certification body page, you can see the available credits on the left top of the screen beside credential hub
2. You can also click on "Credits" section to get detailed information on the credits purchased. Here you can get information on when the credits were purchased, the number of credits purchased, the price and currency at which it was purchased.
