How to edit recipient data after it is added?
If you are not sure of the recipient data that you have added and want to recheck before clicking the request issue button, then follow the below steps.
- After adding the recipient data, click on the save button on the top right.
- Select the batch
- Click on the three dots on the right and click on Edit
- Check the details on the first page and click on the arrow button on the top right to proceed to the next page.
- You can edit the recipient details here.
- Click on Save button to save the changes done.
- Select the batch, click on the three dots on the right and click Request for Issue.
Please note - Recipient data can be edited only before requesting for the credentials. Once your have made the request, the recipient details cannot be edited.
